I have started something new. We do a Gratitude Practice everyday. I have placed a chalkboard in an area of our home that everyone can see when they walk by. It is next to our daily chore list. Each day I leave a special message for the family. And I ask them to tell themselves one thing they are grateful for and one thing they are excited about. We can keep the answers to ourselves or share. Practicing gratitude is proven to make opportunities open. It is proven to make you happier. It is proven to make you a better person. I want this for my family. What ways do you practice gratitude?
