Okay! Monday is the day!
My husband and I are starting the Whole30 refuse-to-say-diet healthy lifestyle. Whether we do a one week detox or the whole 30 days remains to be seen but I will put it out into the universe now that I Need the Whole Thing.
According to the book the first week is hell, so this blog will either see radio silence on my end, or a post every time I have a craving for my beloved sugar. Sugar and I have been in a truly love-filled and devoted relationship for a very, very long time and this breakup will hurt. I’m prepared for that and with my sweetie doing it at the same time I am confident I won’t be hurling plates at the wall…?
